Feedburner Daily Stats Description:

Using Google Feedburner to measure subscribers of your blog, podcast or other RSS feed? Then you'll love to get your latest stats to your Android phone! Just enter your feed URI (as in Feedburner) and hit "Get statistics" to get the lastest information. Check "Notify..." to be informed whenever new data is available.

Note that you need to enable Feedburner Awareness API for your feed. Do this by visiting your Feedburner page, choose "Publicize" tab and enable Awareness API.
