This application and its usage meets all State and Federal regulations and is not considered an ‘online gambling’ application.

Steps and policies to establish a Leroy’s Mobile Wagering account and activate your Android device in Nevada;

1)You must be 21 years of age, and present a valid ID and establish a Leroy’s wagering account by completing application in person at one of the 60 Sportsbook locations in Nevada that Leroy’s operates.

2)Once the application is approved you will be issued a user id and password to access the application. You must be in Nevada where we can authenticate your location with your user id and password to activate or use the application. YOU AND YOUR ANDROID DEVICE MUST BE LOCATED AND AUTHENTICATED IN THE STATE OF NEVADA IN ORDER TO OPERATE THE APPLICATION. Leroy’s utilizes Carrier or Network location validation to determine your location, you will be asked and required to authorize Leroy’s to obtain and verify your location before you can place a wager.
