Neutron is developed fully in native code and features own professional 32-bit audio rendering core which helps to deliver best possible sound quality from your Android device to the speakers, or headphones. It is implemented on top of own developed technologies which are mature enough and have many years of development history.

RECOMMENDED HARDWARE:

- 1 GHz CPU (single, or dual core).
- 480x800 screen resolution, or higher.

NOTES:

- Lower than minimal specification of your hardware does not guarantee that application will operate fast enough!

- On screens other than 480x800 quality of graphics can be lower due to automatic graphics rescaling.

TIPS:

- To activate dynamic color response driven by playing music: rotate screen horizontally and press and hold NIGHT button (at least 2 seconds).

- Protective cover is applied to Main screen if UI is inactive for >1 minute. To remove protective Cover from Large or Main screen press on it and by holding move it away from display.

- To switch between different areas of UI [art - main - playlist] simply press on empty display area or anchors on screen borders and drag screen to the desired direction.

- To activate WAKE timer dialog: press WAKE button and hold it at least 2 seconds.

- To delete play list entry: press on Playlist entry and hold at least 2 seconds for deletion dialog window to appear.

- To activate Clock mode press and hold POWER button (on top of screen) for at least 2 seconds.

- Album art is accessible by moving Main screen to the right.

ABOUT PERMISSIONS:

- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: to store Neutron database (playlists, settings), plugins, docs in /sdcard/Android/data/com.neutroncode.mp folder.

- READ_PHONE_STATE: to auto-stop music playback when phone starts ringing.

- GET_ACCOUNTS: for generating unique hardware/account key for player-device identification for Licensing and Trial expiration, only Google primary account is used for that. Information (in case of player uninstall) will be auto-deleted from Licensing server in 1 month time.

- INTERNET: for downloading album art, streaming music, License server communication to check license state.
