This app allows you see the settings of the App before you buy any of the 8 mini applications. This has been done to allow you to buy them as you need them. If you want to save money, buy the full version.

The Tradie's App has been developed for Trades by a builder with over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry.

This App has been designed to allow you, the "Tradie" to stay on site where your time is valuable. Quote the job there and then with the products you import or set up in the product section. Use the RFI to get the information you need, Send a Tender Request to your suppliers for the best price, issue a Purchase Order to your suppliers, Do a Variation/Change Order on site, Invoice the customer while on site.

8 mini apps will allow you to keep a record of what happens on your site, whether you are a Contractor, Builder, Plumber, Electrician, Sub Contractor, Project Manager or Foreman!
Send Back to the office a PDF reports, so you can stay on site.

Create your own product list with Description, Unit and Rate. This list can now be imported to the device via CSV. We have tested up to 800 products in the list!

1. Site Diary - Track what has happened on site, including Staff times & what they did, Trades/Contractors time and what they did, Plant & Equipment/Materials used with rates, Visitors, Deliveries, Instructions received, Damage, Trades/Contractors to Contact, OH &S and even the weather for the day. Email PDF or export your staff times and materials used to CSV and import into your accounting system.
This Site Diary is about capturing the information of the days events on site so that we have a record of who, when, what and why!

2. Variations/Change Orders - Do your Change Order in front of your Client and get the approval there and then with the signature panel!
Easily manage, price and distribute Change Orders/Variations directly to your client for approval if not on site or send to the office in PDF format. Email your PDF or export to CSV and import into your accounting system.

3. Invoice - Quickly invoice your client while on site. Email your PDF or export to CSV and import into your accounting system.

4. Quote - Do a quotation on site and send directly to your client or to your office. Email your PDF or export to CSV and import into your accounting system.

5. Request For Information - Quickly send RFIs to your clients or back to your office in PDF format.

6. Purchase Order - Send a Purchase Order to your suppliers from site or back to your office. Email your PDF or export to CSV and import into your accounting system.

7. Tender Request (Bid Request), Send multiple emails to your suppliers asking to quote on the supply of goods. Email is BCC to the supplier.

8. Sub Contractor Agreement, issue Subcontract Agreements with payment terms & conditions. Simply cut and paste your Special Conditions in to the Agreement and email in a PDF to your contractors.
