Tube Tactician Description:

Tube Tactician is a route planning and service information utility for the London Underground, Docklands Light Railway and parts of the London Overground network. In addition to best-case route planning, it is capable of calculating optimized routes that take into account peak and off-peak travel times, and in most cases can route around delays and line closures. Live service information is also available for all lines.

Current release covers the entire Underground and DLR network (including the new DLR extension to Stratford International), and the central portion of the London Overground's East London line between New Cross and Shoreditch High Street.

PLEASE NOTE: This app is still something of a work in progress, and although in the majority of cases it will generate a perfectly sensible route, there are some routing edge cases that need to be nailed down, and as a consequence it may sometimes generate a sub-optimal route. OTA updates will be sent out to address these issues in time.

IN SHORT: I take no responsibility if this app causes you to become lost and end up in an obscure part of London! If in doubt, always check the outline of the route on the provided Google Map.
