Voicerは音声入力で様々な機能を実行できるアプリです。起動するとマイクが表示されるので、そこで命令して下さい。どんな命令を実行できるのかは「ヘルプ」というと表示される取扱説明書に書いてあります。
実行できる命令は、例えば

等です。少々間違えても候補一覧を表示して選択することができます。
